Honor your students by equipping yourself.

In 2012, the Dignity for All Students Act was put into effect to address bullying and cultivate respect in the classroom. Cyberbullying was added to the act in 2013 and includes behaviors such as inappropriate texting, stalking, spreading rumors, and sending embarrassing pictures.

64
of cyberbullied students say their experience affects their learning and sense of safety at school.

This state training is required for all educators to receive their teaching certificate/license. The tools inside equip educators, administrators, school counselors and psychologists, as well as other support staff to prioritize student wellbeing and implement effective anti-bullying policies and programs. With these in place discrimination, intimidation, harassment, and bullying are reduced on school property, on school buses, at school functions, and in school buildings.

Take it once. Teach it always.

Even though this workshop is only required once, the principles inside last a lifetime. Implementing DASA principles and properly reporting bullying incidents are crucial in creating a positive learning environment for students.

Inside your Workshops Express training, you'll find everything you need to understand how to talk to your students about bullying behavior, create safety for students, and report bullying at your school.

Take it once. Teach it always.
