This addendum course is only available to those who completed their original Child Abuse Prevention Workshop with Education Workers Group aka Workshops Express.The purpose of this addendum is to instruct you regarding the amendment to Section 413 of the Social Services Law which requires the mandated Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse and Maltreatment/Neglect coursework to include the addition of guidance on identifying an abused or maltreated child when such child is an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability.
